I have booked the wrong tickets on 14 August. Actually, I want to book the tickets for 15 August. Please cancel my tickets or modify the tickets, please.

I had booked for row J 13 and 14 by mistake instead of I 13 and 14. I asked them to just modify it as I'll not get a full refund if I cancel and pay again, but however, the company can't do it.

It's such a small thing to be done; still, they portray a lack of any help to the customers. Very, very pathetic.
